Two kinds of food we consume every day.
No #1: The food we eat in terms of taking care of our physical body so it works well.
No. #2: The food we feed our mind with i.e information. That takes care of our mental system so it helps us to think well.
Unfortunately, most of us are not even aware of the second one. If we were, then people used to very “choosy” about the information they consume in order to change their behaviour to change their actions.
But both types of food have followed this simple yet effective rule:
“Feeding yourself with right input will lead to more productive outputs.”
Garbage in garbage out.
Positive in positive out.
Negative in negative out.
People ignore this...and always wonder “why my life is not changing?”
